What this disclosure is about
In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released their new rules for Disclosure Compliance. These rules are set in place to ensure that readers or viewers of web media (blogs, Youtube videos, etc.) know if the blogger/presenter is sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, the readers need to know if the blogger is making money by sharing a link or product. I would want you to understand this weather it were required or not.

Affiliate links
At Findsleephere.com I am passionate about helping my readers get quality information and resources they need to get the best sleep possible. That is my goal and that is what I strive for in my content. I chose this subject to write about because I have many of the same sleep issues as my readers and can relate to your problems. They are my problems too. I do try to make some side money to help cover the costs and some compensation for time dedicated to this site by providing affiliate links to products or services related to my content that I think you may find helpful or of interest.
That being said, please assume that any / all links on this site are affiliate links that if you make a purchase of certain items I will get a small commission from the vendor at no extra cost to you.
Prices are exactly the same for you if your purchase is through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link.
I put my readers first. Every affiliate product or vendor has been picked to providing access to resources that may help you get sleep or improve sleep and offer you quality, competitive prices and a positive shopping experience.
I am never paid or sponsored to write about a product and affiliate links do not factor into what I choose to write about. If I ever did I would disclose this clearly at the beginning of the post. Rather, they reflect potential aids related to the problems I write about in my content. You are free to explore them or not.
What are affiliate links?
Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites: When a reader clicks on an affiliate link located on .com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from findsleephere.com). Amazon and/or other companies pay findsleephere.com a small commission or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.
These links may be links in the text of my content or picture ads or banners any where on the page and clearly look like ads.
Product affiliate links.
Findsleephere.com is a participant in the ShareASale affiliate program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to vendor properties and offers a small commission on products sold through their affiliate links.
Findsleephere.com is also a participant in the ClickBank affliate marketplace that works the same way.
If a blogger links to an affiliate product (with a special code for affiliates embedded in the link), and a reader places an item in their “shopping cart” through that link within a certain period of clicking the link, the blogger gets a small percentage of the sale.
Things like e-book bundles, e-courses, and online packages are usually affiliate links, as well. Again, prices are not different if you use these affiliate links. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link. These links are not “pay per click”, unless otherwise denoted.
